Question about the "Intermec 6651"

Hello Barians ,

There is someone at my work who want to sell a portable computer from 2001,
the "Intermec 6651" (with touch screen )

Knowing that I'm not a geek for computers in general ...
Do you think that I could use this computer for music cause it s using
windows CE...
I specially  wonder if it will be  possible to use the touch screen to
control filters(like the chaos pad or the new game boy ) if yes how i should
do  ?..

I guess also but I need confirmation that I can use Fasttracker2 knowing
that normally it s working on DOS ( I got so many .XM files :-P).

Last question: what could be a good price for it ?
