Hmm, Hitler was Austrian, not German, and Stalin was Georgian, not 
Russian. ;)

Arguably, though, Stalin was not elected, and Hitler was appointed, so 
allow me to look for some Pacific island that has elected a Chinese, or 
something like that. :)
