Back in 2000 for the Brave New World tour Priest (really Halford [Rob  
Halford's post-Priest new band]) & Queensryche opened for Maiden.  How  
things have changed eh?  Maiden's still staying relevant after 28  
years, even with all the musical style changes in between.  They still  
have their core fan base, and get new metal-heads into the cause every  
year.  And even in their 50's they still rock a live show better than  
modern nu-metal bands half their age.  That's what has kept them going  
strong all these years, their live shows are really as good as if not  
better than the studio albums.
