I do. But in this context, the watermark is for DRM purposes.
It is to sample and try and ascertain particular aspects of DRM 
implementation. It is also used by other content providers specifically 
as a DRM tool.
It's meaning and relation to DRM is not up to date on wiki but a quick 
google will show correlation and much grumbling about it being just as 
invasive as the old shittypoo.
All it says on wiki that is relevant is the word disambiguation.
