That seems no more than fair, since you have the ability to sell your 
products to millions of people, with no investment. Would you be able to 
sell your software so easily if it wasn't for the AppStore?

And that they control the software is no more than fair either. They 
don't want some software to muck up your product, or your business model 
for that matter.

It's a fridge. That's what you have to understand.
