As many of you know, i have bitched and moaned about my DAW situation
for a good number of years...

Live 7 is it. it really does what I need now, and its sound and
timing are at last up to the task. I even like the internal reverb..

Drum racks are the coolest thing ever. Its like having an MPC inside
my PC only far better..

Ive been discovering more and more nice things in live, and getting
actual *work* done. And I am happy doing it.. thats a first for a
DAW in a LONG while.

Drum Racks, Slicer, new compressor, multi-automation lanes, Spectrum,....I also like the little touches, noticed how now when you load a plugin the track name automatically changes to the plugin name. Not a big deal, but yet another example of Ableton paying attention to the usability of Live.
