More DX Librarian/Editor

[James Coplin]

I've made an account for the Bar to use the app. I'm considering putting
some of the advanced features behind Patreon since it comes with real
hosting costs if lots of people start hitting it. Barians are clearly not
normy people so I've set it up so you can use everything free. Any changes
to names, categories, ratings, etc. should be at the user level so knock
yourself out. It shouldn't break anything and if it does, it's my fault
anyhow.

Let me know if there is an issue with access, features, etc.
