I?ve a synth that?s been for sale for a while, and the only nibble so far
has been an offer to trade for a DSP4000. I?m intrigued, but have some
concerns about irreplaceable parts, common failures, etc. I know there are
a few heads, here. Are there obvious things I should look at or ask about?
Do these have a ?test mode? similar to that found on the old Elektrons?
Man, that was handy?

I gather that, if I?m not using VSig, it?s likely just going to seem like
an lesser-powered Eclipse, maybe? At least those were made in the last
twenty years.
