DSP56300 Emulator (Virus, Waldorf, etc.)

I'm guessing i've gotta be running win7 for that to work.  I followed 
the instructions to the letter, and the test console program refuses to 
run.

Although the firmware I'm using might be bad?  Should the Virus firmware 
only be 512KB?  That seems far too small.
