Summer Jam The Hague 2021

Summer Jam Thread Ping!

So, 4 months have passed, and in Europe things have gone kind of back to normal. The US I think is yet again in a bit of a different stretch, but at least you’re free to travel to the EU :)

Just want to confirm that the jam is on, and that I’m looking forward to seeing all of you! The dates are still Thu→Sun 2-5 Sept, but don’t worry if you’re there a bit earlier or hanging a bit later. I’ve got time taken off.

If you want to crash, there’s a lot of space, so feel very welcome! First come first serve of course :) Lots of decent places to stay around here too. Jay, I still got your private space tent so you’re welcome to pitch that in the garden ;)

Travel directions, fly into Schiphol or Rotterdam The Hague Airport. 30 minute train ride. HS train station is a 3 minute walk, CS is 10 minutes by foot from here. Travel light, we got plenty of gear, bring something small :)

MIDI sync is al going. But still gotta figure out the optimal recording setup, currently it’s 16 channels from the X-Air18 + 2 16-channel submixers, alright, but not ideal… a third Jaspers stand with 19” rack is also on the way, so we can build a nice ‘walkaround’ jam setup (from U to square basically). Oh, and got the Kali WS12 sub for some extra oomph.
