Headset mics

I’ve taken to twitch to relieve some of the quarantine stress, kind of starting a podcast of sorts where I just talk about gear I have access to.    The headset mic I was planning to use, unfortunately, seems to have suffered a crushing incident while in storage (haven’t used it in years) so I had to use my bluetooth headset mic, which made the audio sound like a bad zoom conference…

With that in mind, I’m looking for a good headset with headphones and mic.   Any suggestions?

The first one was mostly done as a learning experience so I could refine my techniques.  After I get the above settled, Ill pick another piece of gear and do another one.
