Been thinking about this...

What if someone (me) put this

in a terraform.io pipeline. that would give the ability to instantiate and
destroy the server and infrastructure around it as well as any dns
shuffling.

then you can do this privately from the server you just deployed in your
aws or gcp region of choice:
