Ambiant Sound + Modular Question

I have to second Jay on the Neutron. Last year, I got it and an Arturia MiniBrute 2s and I honestly use the Behringer a lot more. It also feels better built than the Arturia, which was unexpected, tbh. For the price of one good module, you can greatly extend the resources available to your Eurorack. It also sounds very good stand alone.

I still hate Behringer as a company, particularly after some of their recent behavior towards journalists...their engineers do get things write, even if their head office is full of it.

I really love the Behringer Neutron, its a great instrument and very well worth the price .. if you can get over the Behringer factor. Of course I’d much rather have invested in something from Dove Audio, but I’d have to get a better Eurorack housing arrangement, and I’d be dissatisfied with anything less than an Arturia RackBrute, so .. I’m holding off for a while until I can spare 1000eu to go the whole hog and do a proper Eurorack config. In the meantime, Neutron is a great cheap modular solution that ticks a lot of boxes ..
