DJ mp3 Mixer Help

..I forgot to say:  I wont have a laptop.  Basically we only do a PA so:

1) backing tape
2) mixer
3) mic
4) vocal processor

Im looking for an all-in-one device that does 1 & 2.  Eg a mixer or deck that can play mp3 and allow me to mix in the mic signal, sending a stereo pair to front of house.
