Hm. It does look like nice oberheim gear (I have never used an SEM, so I don't really know what to expect), but both modules look like Tom does not get the concept of "modular". 

No clock in on a sequencer is just a silly beginner's mistake. And making synth voice modules isn't just a failed concept, it's  also a massively missed business opportunity...;-)
