No but it's pretty easy, I can take pics of the back. 

-Buy Rasts
-Stain'em, put together
-Stack'em, flip one or however you want
-Screw in 16u rack rails to the front which holds them together. (Doesn't quite fill up the whole vertical space but good enough for me)
-Screw in some flat brackets in the back to secure the two units together.
