Since my Liquid Mix does not seem to work anymore since my Win7 upgrade, Im
pretty impressed with this:

I like the idea of a very limited range of processors so you really get to
know them.  Along with all the obvious benefits of this bit of kit, you will
only have 1 EQ and 1 Compressor (can buy a few more if you want).  To me,
this was my only problem with the Liquid Mix: too much choice!!
Furthermore, with the Liquid Mix, you could not just delete all the choices
-they were permanently there.

 

It's a little on the expensive side @ 770euro, especially there is no DSP
(they are just VSTs).  Saying this, you do get:

 

-          a hardware controller

-          SSL 4k channel strip

-          Extra software that changes the mixing approach of your DAW

 

What do you guys think?  Any views..?
