But yeah, I imagine that packaging up the whole thing into a tight teenager-friendly box might be .. well .. maybe .. interesting.  Of course, putting such weapons in the hands of irresponsibles may be exactly the sort of problem our GCHQ-hugging buddies might be unhappy about. ;)
