External MIDI with Machinedrum

On the MonoMachine, which I assume is very similar, the 6 MIDI tracks work
exactly like the main 6 tracks.  You can program slides/accents and Im
pretty sure at least 1 MIDI CC.

Indeed, the interface to the MIDI tracks is identical to the internal
tracks..
