OK, I see.
I use AutoCad and I have this company laser cutting panels for me. I managed to create a template that allows me to make 90% of the modules I built.
I use autoCAD because I know this sw and have access to it via work, and at least I know I'll have the scale right.

I don't do prototypes anymore, i always get it right the first time (due to excessive exercise) or I fix it on the final board. Prototypes are too expensive and generate waste which is a bad thing.

As for PCB's, until summer I had them made in China, via the company I worked for. Now I'm back at the hardcore DIY stuff with etching and stuff. Luckily I can use the lab of a friend so no need for nasty chemicals in the bedrooms of the kids ;-)
