No, I don't own any of their stuff.  I might try and see if I can get educational discounts but it will be a long shot..

Btw, some people have mentioned that the do not like the tone of the EQ. Admittedly, it's only random forum comments and version 1. Do you have any observations on the sound?

Do you have any other FabFilter products?  If so, you may be able to get other plugins at a discount.  That's what I did.  Just log into to your account on their site to see if you have offers.
