Yeah, I think it has something to do with the way the iPhone mail app probably takes your real name from your Apple ID/App Store account name, then displays it as your contact name in the From field in emails you send. Major PITA & invasion of privacy if you ask me. Gotta figure out a way so that it doesn't display my real name.
