Gibson buys Cakewalk/Sonar

I didn t know about cakewalk and Gibson ...  but as you said i  got the
same point of view about Gibson since few years ...
I don t  remember the name of the guitar brand where most of Gibson
builders went ...
Maybe someone knows ?
