Music Party October 5th, Wageningen - some extra info

All,

It's only 10 days to go to the party, and 1 week to the first 
arrivals in Wageningen :-)

1. I have phoned the catering guys and got a list of things I can 
order - nice!

2. I have an appointment with René, the guy at the rehearsal 
room, on Friday. He will hand me the keys and show me how to 
operate the alarm. It seems there won't be anyone else because 
everyone is on vacation...

3. Had a phone call with the boss of the venue. We talked about 
stuff... well, stuff that needs to be talked about. Everything 
seems to be going fine.

4. There's a beamer and a screen, so Rolf can do his 3D computer 
VJ stuff, and anyone who wants to use it, is free to do so.

5. Concerning Tony Scharf's internet gig: there's free wifi, plus 
there's another, faster option if things don't work well. Do you 
think we need to check this the day before the gig? Or is it OK 
to do so on the day itself?
Worst case scenario, we can play a pre-recorde piece, right?

BTW, is there anyone here who has any pre-recorded cool material 
he might want to put up on YouTube so we can play that if needed?

6. I gave Mohsen and DJ Geeza their respective e-mail addresses. 
They are in contact. Any news, guys?

7. Kristin and I will be buying an extra aerobed, just in case 
one of the old ones decides to explode :-)

8. I am planning a brunch in the "City" for Sunday morning, 
October 6th, noonish. I hope all of you can be there :-)
