Things I like:

* flat UI - I just like it better than the sculpted stuff
* the new multi-tasking interface: at last!
* the control panel - yay, finally: Brightness in the right place
* Apps can be better configured for background processing - good for developers

Well, the point is .. it can grow on you ..
