Yes, on all my devices. Been running the beta on my dev devices for a few weeks, nice to have it installed on my main machines now that its been released.

I like it, I think its definitely better. To be honest with you I've sort of felt like iOS has stagnated over the last few years, and as a cross-platform developer have had more interest in Android, personally, than in iOS.
That's changed now - I think the new facelift is very exciting, and it makes the phone a lot more usable. I can see the icons I want, faster, and it feels a lot more fresh.

I know we all resist change, and I respect that the old system had its charms .. but I really like what Apple have done with iOS. The functions being moved into the Dashboard, the enforcement of a consistent GUI across apps, the ideas and decisions for why these flat-UI interface elements are used - these are all very compelling to me. I feel a lot more invigorated to write apps for iOS now that there's a *lot* less work to do to get a clean interface up and working. It used to be you *had* to have a Photoshop monkey around to give all the bevels and edges that sculpted look; now, however, you really don't need it. And the decoupling of development from the mores of the prissy, diletantte "GUI Designers"/pixel-pushers is a welcome change, imho. ;)
