Personally, I would go for Schiphol. The trains are leaving from 
the airport itself, while in Eindhoven, you need to take a bus or 
taxi to the station.

Moreover, the train ride from Eindhoven to Ede-Wageningen is 90 
minutes. Schiphol Ede-Wageningen is about 60 minutes, with 1 
change at Utrecht.

 From Ede-Wageningen busses leave every 15 minutes to Wageningen. 
The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from our house.

I think there's several different hotels (plus a B&B) where 
people are staying, plus there's 3 people staying at my house. 
There is room for 1 more, worst case scenario 2 more.

Hotel de Wereld and Hof van Wageningen are in the centre, 7 
minutes by bike from my house, 2 minutes walking from the venue.

Availability is not good, I think. There might be a chance to get 
one or two persons a bed with friends, though.
