Have a look at the iConnect MIDI devices. I just sold my UM880 (still getting around to shipping it, Jay) while I wait for one (MIDI isn't as important as it once was for me). It's almost a must-have if MIDI is important to you.

Hi all So, it sounds like maybe I should have gone for Win7 a long time ago J Thanks for the advice – I going to first try with 64bit and see how it goes, downgrading to 32bit if I get problems. My DAW is 4ish years old so this, along with going to 8Gb RAM, could be quite a nice performance upgrade.. I researched my main hardware and they all have Win7 64bit drivers: Moto 424 PCI cardEdirol UM550 Despite the age of the Motu and Edirol, if I lost them, I would be screwed! There is nothing today which has the flexibility of the Edirol MIDI interfaces and, nothing that gives the huge IO count of the Motu 424 setup (without spending significant money). Will let you all know how I get on and, thanks again.. PaulLondonwww.punkdisco.co.uk
