XP Support - dropped by NI!

Microsoft Killed XP a while ago now.   I am on Win 7 and before that ran Vista (actually had no problems with it, but thats because I knew how to tweak out the crap). 
Ive got a laptop running Windows 8 and that runs the music apps just fine too. 
I am really not surprised.  XP is...pretty damn crusty at this point.

So, I paid my 100euro for Maschine 2.0 but it looks like NI dropped support for XP 1 year ago!  Bugger! If XP really is dead for music, what is the least hassle OS for windows?  Win 7? This supper sucks as Im guessing such an upgrade is going to render loads of my software dead plus, various bits of hardware.. Bugger again.. PaulLondonwww.punkdisco.co.uk
