Ladder-filter for the shruti-1

Typically the filter runs asymmetrical. The top end being +11v'ish and the
lower end around -4v. I guess with some careful biasing it could be done.
It also depends if the voltage inverter that Olivier uses has enough
current to drive the -ve rail.
