Yesterday I had a talk with one of the people involved in the 
specific location where I want to organize the party, and it 
seems that the last weekend of September is booked for some 
internal thing, but the other 2 Saturdays might be good.

Since the venture will be completely revamped this summer with 
sound isolation and a big PA system, and organizational things 
are handed over to other people (there's a new owner), I will 
need a couple of talks next week to see how and what and when and 
why.

As far as hotels are concerned, there are one or two bigger ones 
with many rooms, so I think that shouldn't be a problem. But I 
will check if there is anything special duing those weekends 
(blues festival?)

It's a shame that the coolest hotel in Wageningen has been 
demolished and is just being rebuilt. It will open again end of 2013:
