K2000 memory

Does any of you have some memory modules which could be used for Kurzweil
K2000?
I've discovered, that the ones in my synth are broken (samples are erratic
when downloaded and no issues when switching to the ROM samples, so
definitelly there's something with memory).

These modules are the old EDO ram ones (30 pin, 8 bit, 120ns or faster).
