Hardware effects

I know it's lame but I tend to use Ableton live as just a big mixer for external gear, and use mostly digital effects, like Sound Toys. 

I don't even want to think about getting into external effects, it just seems like a bad idea :)

Unless it's an old bucket of bolts, like the echoplex.
