Hang Drum - anyone seen one for sale?

This whole pixie dust aura around the hang drum is what pisses me off 
most about the whole thing. Basically a funny looking oil drum lid that 
sounds slightly better than a steel drum, but to acquire one, you must 
travel to the Magical Mountains, and slay a dragon or two on the long 
and perilous journey.
