KLM .. argh!

I was just about to book tickets only to find out that KLM started the same shite game as Ryan A...
Being attracted by a comparatively good ticket price the potential customer clicks through 
the usual endless stream of forms only to find out that 'on this flight you may bring hand luggage only' 
and gets charged an extra 30€ for standard luggage (given she/he needs extra baggage).
The forms speak of 'extra baggage'.
Funny.
Compared with Austrian.com the price is only about 3€ cheaper then, the sole advantage would be arriving 
in Schiphol an hour earlier.
WTF???
