And then you forget to install the latest patches, and somebody cracks 
your server, and then it turns out that your wireless router with DMZ 
functionality has a back door (or you just forgot to change the default 
password), your home network becomes available to the cracker, and he 
steals all your funny cat videos (and your internet banking credentials 
as well).

Sometimes, outsourcing is the better choice.
