Mac Book Pro 17" battery life?

Yep! Depending on usage (browsing vs. something like Logic) I get between 7 and 2 hours of battery live.

Check your battery status in System Information maybe? Mine says:

  Battery Installed:	Yes

Using a SSD + 500GB hard drive. Blocking Flash in Safari (which eats CPU cycles like crazy).
