I feel like this comes up on here every few cycles and so here we go again.

I'm gonna buy one, interested in the Sony PCMD50 as people really go on about how good the mics are. But it's expensive and takes memory sticks...

The Zoom H4n seems to be good choice as it is highly rated and priced lower, seems to be the one most people go for.
