On another open source CMS system that I use you have to similarly specify which template the site is using via the admin panel.  Once that link is established then the change in the source/style files will be in effect.

And as always, when in doubt, clean your browsers cache.

Guys,

 anyone here can tell me how I edit a "template" under phpBB?
We have one installed on our website (www.herdarkembrace.com/forums/) but when I edit the style sheet ("colours.css" or "links.css") and refreshed the cache but nothings changed.
Is there another file I need to edit or something?
