No, but I would be interested to hear if it works for you. The monomachine makes sense to me more than any other peice of gear, but the octo has always been a mystery, the tut video for the looping is a full 6 min before any music happens ;) but maybe it's just an informative video :) 

If you like it I might keep a lookout at muff's
