It works, but not for Austria/Slovakia (or Spain for that matter). It does
work for Malta, by the looks of it.

Probably, they have a list of countries, and for each country a list of
destinations. Probably, if a country no longer has any destinations, they
don't remove it from the country drop-down, but instead the origin and
destination are disabled.
