I did have a laugh here, hehehe ;-)
Anyways, haven't got much time at the moment, but at least try Beatmaker 2 (it's like an MPC), Sunrizer (great synth), Animoog (even better synth) and Garageband. There's a couple of cool sequencers (like DAWs) and also some great stepsequencers for ye olde Modular. Plus there's a lot of good guitar amp and fx apps, and of course the MIDI what's its name, which lets MIDI from one app go to another :-)
