sending some Euro to Paris from Canada?

Howdy.  I need to send a small amount of Euro (likely less than 10 Euro) to 
Paris from here in Canada to cover postage for a film we will be showing at the 
noise festival I am involved with.  Last time I had to do this I went with a 
back transfer and it was both super expensive and a pain in the ass so I'd 
like to avoid that route if I can.  

Anyone have any ideas (other than PayPal) of how to get cash to some friendly 
film makers in Paris from here in Victoria, BC? I am considering just mailing 
10 Euro in an envelope but seems like there must be a safer / easier way.
