Arduino pwm -> Monotron cutoff control

Hi All,

Since I'm back on the arduino bandwagon, I was just wondering if anyone had
some experience w.r.t. adding envelope control to a monotron via an arduino
PWM pin.
Some people seem to do it, other go for more complex SPI based chip (which
I can't because it's used for my audio out).

Midivox + LCD + Monotron filter would be one hell of a cheap cool synth.

Any comment ?
