I think its because "they" put all their sexual energy into things like this and never actually end up 'doing it'.  But, thats just an opinion, I have no idea why it would really be the case - perhaps 'doing it' is not as important in 'their culture' as "talking about doing it" has become. Or something.  Either way, its a hilarious eyebleed.
