Some things that annoy me about maschine when working on the computer, all having to do with the computer keyboard, 

cmd z does not affect it

delete key does not work to delete notes

Whenever I have the plugin up in front and I hit the spacebar to start live again, I have to click on the live window first. 

Of course I can fix some of these things , and they are there for a reason, hardware integration. But it's hard to get used to when just using keyboard and mouse.
