You do realise that discussing terms of returns, refunds and fees AFTER 
you have left negative feedback just might be construed as a form of 
leverage, coercion or even blackmail? Especially if part of the terms 
are removal or modification of this feedback.
That being the case, I will not discuss the matter any further until the 
negative feedback is removed.
