Navit seems to be close. I've seen a few commercial apps that I'd 
probably buy if I was on an extended trip (e.g. Navigon). Not cheap, but 
they're still a lot more cost effective than what rental companies 
charge for an in-car navi...

Nokia isn't option here. I need to sync with Lotus Notes, and our 
company only supports iOS and Android for that.
