If I were you I would think about getting maybe a pocket video camera and just start shooting little bits of random stuff you are interested in, think about it as a notebook of sorts. Not necessarily as footage you would use at first, more something that may spark an idea.  Maybe something like this:

Obviously you have a theme for you album, how could you take that same theme and adapt it to visuals? But not necessarily in a obvious way. Some of the best electronic music videos have elements that are more every day, then made extraordinary.
