MIDI interface - suggestions?

Kim,
I use USB hubs and cheap USB-MIDI cables for my rig these days, after my MOTU MIDI Timepiece AV stopped working. I haven't had any problems so far, but can't give you any scientific data about latencies and so on - it works well enough for my needs.
